Meet Tom Keefe: PACT's Online Campus Coordinator

By Christine Erntson • November 12, 2025

At PACT Charter School, education goes beyond academics: it’s about connection, character, and creating pathways for every student to succeed. Built on more than 30 years of family-centered, community-driven learning, PACT has made a strong foundation where students are known, supported, and encouraged to thrive. Launching PACT Online Campus in Fall 2026 is the next step in our journey, providing Minnesota students in grades 7-10 with a free, flexible option that combines PACT’s rigorous academics and character-driven approach.

Coordinating this new initiative is Tom Keefe, our Online Campus Coordinator, who is eager to see how the program will impact students and families. Guided by PACT’s values, Tom cares deeply about students’ stories, valuing who they are as much as what they do, and is committed to helping each learner feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Tom joins PACT with years of experience in teaching, student life, and leadership. Drawn to PACT’s community-oriented model, he immediately felt at home among staff who shared his passion for meaningful, student-centered education. This model fosters a sense of belonging and inclusivity, making everyone feel like they are part of a larger family. “I’ve always gravitated toward smaller, content-driven, and community-oriented schools, and that’s exactly what PACT represents,” he shared.

With a deep commitment to alternative learning models, Tom believes that success takes on a unique form for every learner. “By offering flexibility, we can meet students and families where they are in their season of life,” he said. “Our goal is to provide a rigorous education and the support to help each one grow and succeed, and this new online program allows students to reimagine school as a place where they can learn and grow from anywhere, but still belong by having the option to take advantage of all of our extracurricular activities and events.”

With his background in education and leadership and his pursuit of a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Bethel University, Tom brings expertise and a genuine dedication to fostering student belonging and academic success to his role. His insight into the unique needs of each student and family makes him an invaluable asset to the PACT community. We’re grateful for his dedication as PACT continues to grow and innovate, extending our mission beyond the traditional classroom to help students rise from anywhere.
