Dear PACT Community,

As the air turns crisp and the days grow shorter, we find ourselves in a season that invites reflection, gratitude, and connection. Thanksgiving reminds us of the beauty we find in family, both our at-home families and the PACT family we build together each day. It is a time to pause and celebrate the people and partnerships that make our school community special.

At the heart of our gratitude are our teachers. Every day, they pour their hearts into creating classrooms where curiosity is encouraged, growth is nurtured, and every student finds a sense of belonging and success. Their dedication extends far beyond lesson plans and grading. We are profoundly grateful for their passion and commitment to our students.

We are equally thankful for our parents and families, whose partnership is central to PACT’s mission and vision. Your trust, encouragement, and support help create a true community focused on the student experience. You walk alongside us as we shape the young minds who will one day lead us. It is this partnership that makes PACT more than a school; it makes us a family.

Our support staff also deserves special recognition and thanks. From our paraprofessionals, office staff, custodians, and nutrition service staff, each plays a crucial role in our students’ success. Many of these contributions happen behind the scenes, yet they are indispensable. Because of their care and commitment, our students are nourished, spaces are clean and safe, and our school runs smoothly every day.

As we approach Thanksgiving break, we each take time to reflect on the many blessings that surround us: the joy of family and friends, and a shared mission that unites us here at PACT. Together, we are building something extraordinary.

On behalf of the leadership team, thank you for all that you do to make PACT a place of purpose, belonging, and growth. We wish you and your family a restful and joy-filled Thanksgiving!

With warm wishes and gratitude,

Dr. Nathan A. Flansburg
