Most of our forms and sign-offs are available online in Infinite Campus. Please log in, complete, and update all information so your student can begin school on time. Parents can access their family registration link through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal app. On the menu on the left side of the parent page, select More > Online Registration Portal > Existing Student Registration > 2025-2026 School Year > Start. Follow the prompts and update information as needed, paying special attention to the permissions on the last page of the student section. Questions? Contact Ms. Hatchner (d.hatchner@pactcharter.org).

All students are required to have current immunization records on file with our health office. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we would like to remind families of incoming Kindergarten, 7th-grade, and 12th-grade students that updated booster vaccinations are required before the first day of school. To ensure your student can start school on time, please make sure they receive all required immunizations or that the school receives a valid exemption form.
Next Steps:
-
Check the Immunizations Required Form to see which vaccines your child still needs.
- Schedule an appointment with your child’s healthcare provider for any necessary booster shots.
- Submit updated immunization records to the PACT Health Office before the first day of school or upload them into Infinite Campus during online registration.
- If you choose not to get vaccinated, complete the exemption section of the immunization form and get it notarized.

The 2025-2026 Educational Benefits Application is available as a download on the PACT website or at the link below. You must complete the form each year to qualify. While meals are free for all K-12 students, the application still provides other benefits to students and our community. Examples include reduced or free rates on school sports/activities, home internet fees, academic test fees, transportation fees, and college application fees. Questions? Contact Ms. Holmes ( l.holmes@pactcharter.org).

At PACT, we rely on two main platforms for communication and student information management: Infinite Campus and ParentSquare. Infinite Campus serves as our official system for student records such as grades, attendance, transcripts, and demographics. ParentSquare is our primary tool for communicating with families through school-wide announcements, classroom updates, event reminders, and more, all in one simple-to-use platform. We hope both provide value to help you stay engaged in your student’s academics. If you need assistance, please contact helpdesk@pactcharter.org.

PACT’s Amazon Wish list is full of items needed by our school! Items purchased are shipped directly to the school, and the list is automatically updated. Reminder: $10 donation = 1 hour of volunteer time.
