PARENTSQUARE IS HERE!

We’re excited to officially launch ParentSquare – our new unified communication platform that brings all school communication into one place! Whether it’s a quick classroom update, an event reminder, or an urgent alert, ParentSquare helps us stay connected with families in real time, in the way that works best for you—text, email, app, or phone.

Families should have received an email invite to activate their ParentSquare account. Even if you don’t register, you’ll still receive important messages. But creating an account unlocks so many great features—so don’t miss out! Questions? Contact helpdesk@pactcharter.org.

2025-2026 BUS TRANSPORTATION

If your student plans to ride the bus, please complete the Bus Stop Registration Form! If your student rode the bus last year, you only need to complete the form if you moved. Route information will be emailed to all families one week before the start of the school year. Our bus companies, American Student Transportation or Kottkes, determine routes and work directly with families if adjustments are needed. Questions? Email transportation@pactcharter.org.

REQUIRED: INFINITE CAMPUS FAMILY REGISTRATION

Infinite Campus registration is now open! Most of our forms and sign-offs are available online in Infinite Campus. Please log in, complete, and update all information so your student can begin school on time.

Parents can access their family registration link through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal app. On the menu on the left side of the parent page, select More > Online Registration Portal > Existing Student Registration > 2025-2026 School Year > Start. Follow the prompts and update information as needed, paying special attention to the permissions on the last page of the student section. Questions? Contact Ms. Hatchner (d.hatchner@pactcharter.org).

REQUIRED: SUBMIT YOUR IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

All students are required to have current immunization records on file with our health office. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we would like to remind families of incoming Kindergarten, 7th-grade, and 12th-grade students that updated booster vaccinations are required before the first day of school.

To ensure your student can start school on time, please make sure they receive all required immunizations or that the school receives a valid exemption form.

Next Steps:
  • Check the Immunizations Required Form to see which vaccines your child still needs.
  • Schedule an appointment with your child’s healthcare provider for any necessary booster shots.
  • Submit updated immunization records to the PACT Health Office before the first day of school or upload them into Infinite Campus during online registration.
  • If you choose not to get vaccinated, complete the exemption section of the immunization form and get it notarized.
Thank you for helping us maintain compliance with state regulations at our school. If you have any questions, please contact the PACT Health Office (Elementary at ec-health@pactcharter.org or Secondary at sc-health@pactcharter.org).

2025-2026 EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS APPLICATION

The 2025-2026 Educational Benefits Application is available as a download on the PACT website or at the link below. You must complete the form each year to qualify. While meals are free for all K-12 students, the application still provides other benefits to students and our community. Examples include reduced or free rates on school sports/activities, home internet fees, academic test fees, transportation fees, and college application fees. Questions? Contact Ms. Holmes (l.holmes@pactcharter.org).

LEAVING PACT?

If you plan to withdraw your student, please complete the online withdrawal form. Note: During August, PACT recognizes a request for records from another school district as official notification of that student’s withdrawal from PACT. Questions? Contact enroll@pactcharter.org.
