Parent-Teacher Conferences

Tuesday, September 23, and Thursday, September 25
Conferences provide a valuable chance for parents and teachers to connect, celebrate student achievements, and set goals for the upcoming year. You will soon receive information about your student’s conference schedule. Elementary schools have specific sign-up times, while secondary schools will hold virtual sessions on September 23 and in-person arena-style events on September 25.

We sincerely value the partnership between home and school and look forward to meaningful conversations that promote each student’s growth and success.

Girls: MYAS Andover League (grades 2-8)
Season Dates: October 25-December 14
Registration Deadline: September 17
Cost: Grade 2: $185; Grade 3-8: $195

Join PACT for the Andover Girls Basketball League — a multi-community recreational league designed to offer a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for girls in grades 2–8 to develop both skills and character. The season starts October 25 and runs through December 14. The league emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, and fair competition. Teams are formed to promote fair play — not to create stacked "all-star" rosters — and families are encouraged to model positive behavior both on and off the court. Whether your child is new to the game or looking to improve existing skills, this league is a great place to play and grow. Questions? Contact Mr. Schaak (community-ed@pactcharter.org).

Boys: Basketball League (grades 2-4)
Season Dates: October 13 - December 20
Game Dates: 10/25, 11/1, 11/15, 11/22, 12/6. 12/20
Cost: $225
The Panther Youth Basketball program emphasizes developing basic basketball skills while creating a fun and supportive environment for players to enjoy with their classmates. The season will include about two practices per week and 10-12 games. Our teams will compete in a local, in-house league primarily composed of schools within our conference. Practices will be scheduled around the game calendar and may change depending on gym availability. Games for 2nd grade will be held at the Elementary Campus, while Grades 3-4 will play at the Secondary Campus. Teams will be formed once at least seven players are registered, and if the league has enough participating teams. More details will be shared closer to the start of the season. Questions? Contact Mr. Schaak (community-ed@pactcharter.org).

Required: Submit Your Immunization Records

All students are required to have current immunization records on file with our health office. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we would like to remind families of incoming Kindergarten, 7th-grade, and 12th-grade students that updated booster vaccinations are required before the first day of school. To ensure your student can start school on time, please make sure they receive all required immunizations or that the school receives a valid exemption form.

Next Steps:
  • Check the Immunizations Required Form to see which vaccines your child still needs.
  • Schedule an appointment with your child’s healthcare provider for any necessary booster shots.
  • Submit updated immunization records to the PACT Health Office before the first day of school or upload them into Infinite Campus during online registration.
  • If you choose not to get vaccinated, complete the exemption section of the immunization form and get it notarized.

Thank you for helping us maintain compliance with state regulations at our school. If you have any questions, please contact the PACT Health Office (Elementary at ec-health@pactcharter.org or Secondary at sc-health@pactcharter.org).
