Survey Overview
The annual family survey aims to gather valuable feedback on the experiences and perceptions of families at PACT Charter School. It helps us understand what families value most and where they identify opportunities for improvement. The survey covers key areas including academic quality, communication, school environment, safety, leadership, and trust in the administration. The insights collected support our efforts to identify trends, recognize strengths, and foster continuous improvement across the District.

Survey Methodology
The survey was distributed to parents and guardians via direct email with an online link. We encouraged participation through reminders in the PACT Pilot e-newsletter, on social media, and with a final email sent on the closing day.

Survey Participation Rate
This year, the Elementary Campus had an estimated participation rate of 18% (168 responses), while the Secondary Campus reported a 14% participation rate (136 responses). These figures are approximate due to some parents sharing email addresses or lacking an email address on file, which affects the accuracy of calculating exact response rates. Families were also offered a survey for each campus if they had a student attend.

Overall Satisfaction Rate
PACT Charter School is committed to ensuring high family satisfaction. In the FY25 survey, 92.3% of families at the Elementary Campus and 84.9% at the Secondary Campus reported being either very or somewhat satisfied. This results in a district-wide average satisfaction rate of 88.6%.
