Transcripts
Transcripts
Official vs. Unofficial Transcripts
An official transcript is sealed and sent directly to colleges, employers, or other organizations as verification of your academic record. Current students can request official transcripts for free, while alumni are required to pay a fee. Official transcripts are requested through Parchment and are used for college applications, scholarships, or employment verification.
An unofficial transcript is not sealed and can be accessed instantly through Infinite Campus. It can also be requested for free through Parchment and is typically used for personal reference, insurance, or scholarships that do not require an official transcript.
Final Transcripts
Seniors going to college must send their final transcript after spring grades are posted in early June. Parchment allows you to hold your transcript for grades, so it will automatically send once Semester 2 grades are posted.
How to Request a Transcript
- Create an account or log in to an existing Parchment account. Use a personal email address and enter all required information carefully. If you misspell your name or enter the wrong birthdate, your request may not be fulfilled.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions in Parchment to place your transcript request.
- Confirm your order and accept the user agreement.
- Track delivery through email notifications.
CIS, PSEO, AP, and CLEP
Courses taken through CIS or PSEO appear on your high school transcript, but college credit requires a transcript requested directly from the college where the course was taken. AP Exam and CLEP Exam scores must be requested directly from College Board.
