Impact Through Action
Through a year-long curriculum, students develop timeless leadership skills such as teamwork, communication, and innovation. Each month, students participate in Leader Labs—interactive sessions filled with games, activities, discussions, and challenges that equip them with the tools needed to become effective leaders.
The program culminates with an Impact Project, where students put their leadership into action by planning and executing a service project that benefits the local community. Students don’t just learn about leadership in the classroom—they live it out by serving others and making a difference.
